Can you print on a garment I already own?

Yes. Bring in a shirt, a hoodie, a jacket or a work uniform you already have and we will print your design onto it. Bring the piece with you so we can look at the fabric first and tell you what will sit well on it before you commit to anything.

Do you do embroidery?

Not yet — embroidery is coming soon. Everything we make today is printed, on t-shirts, hoodies, caps and the rest. If a stitched logo is what you are after, say so on the order form and we will let you know when it lands.

Do you make custom gifts for birthdays and other occasions?

Yes, and one piece is a perfectly normal order. A name, a date, a photo or an inside joke on a tee, a hoodie or a cap is one of the most common things we make — for birthdays, graduations, new babies, engagements and staff leaving gifts. Tell us the occasion and how long you have.

Do you only make clothing?

Apparel is most of what we do — t-shirts, hoodies, caps, long-sleeves, jerseys and tote bags — but the shop is a customization hub. Laser engraving, personalized gifts, decals and 3D creations happen here too. If what you want is not on the list, choose "Something else" on the order form and describe it.

How much does custom printing cost?

Every piece is quoted, because the garment, the design and where it sits all move the price. As a starting point: caps from $20, t-shirts from $25, tote bags from $25, oversized tees from $28, hoodies from $31, long-sleeve shirts from $31 and jerseys from $41. Send us the design and the quantity and we will come back with a real number — there is no payment on the website.

Do you offer better pricing on large orders?

Yes. Most categories have volume pricing from 12 pieces, and for a full team, a club or a staff order we price the set rather than multiplying one piece out. Tell us the quantity, the size breakdown and the date you need it, and we will quote the whole job.

Can I really pick my order up the same day?

Order by 8 PM and we aim to have it ready the same day, or by closing time — whichever comes first. It depends on the piece and how busy the counter is, so call ahead on anything large. Team jerseys are the exception: a full roster is planned around your fixture rather than rushed.

Do you ship or deliver?

We don't ship, but we do deliver locally: a flat $8 anywhere within 10 miles of the studio — Cambridge, Somerville, Boston and the towns around them. Choose delivery on the order form and give us the address, and we will confirm it is in range when we reply. Otherwise every order is collected in store at 100 Cambridgeside Pl, Cambridge, MA, and pickup is always free.

What do you need from me to get started?

Whatever you have — a logo file, a photo, a screenshot, a rough sketch, or just a sentence describing the idea. You can attach PNG, JPG, PDF, PSD, AI, TIFF, WebP or ZIP files to the order form, and nothing is printed until you have approved how the artwork looks on the garment.

Can you help me design it?

Yes. Bring a rough sketch, a reference you like, or just a description — if the idea only exists in your head, tell us and we will work it out at the counter. You see how it will sit on the garment and approve it before anything is printed.
